I ordered a PS3 from them via there online site on the 18 June. I then got an email on the 24 June saying that they had run into stock issues and would get back to me by COB the next day. I eventually got hold of one of their online support staff 3 days later who told me that my order would be delivered on the 29th June (Saturday), for which I took the day off from work to make sure that I was home for delivery. I received 2 smses stating that the courier would be in contact with me to verify my address, which never happened and at 5pm I eventually gave up.

I wrote them an email on Sunday (30 June) stating my grievances and am still waiting for a response and delivery of my purchases.

Firstly how does it take them 6 days to get back to me saying that they are having stock issues. Secondly, when they say they will get back to me by COB the next day, it is me who has to do a follow up to find out what is going on 3 days later. Thirdly, in this day and age how difficult is it to send an email or sms to your customers stating that delivery will not take place or just responding to a customers email!

This absolute disregard for customer satisfaction is completely unacceptable.
