On the evening of Sunday the 3rd of January 2012, I ordered a bed online from the Dial a Bed online store. I didn't know about the existence of Hello Peter at the time, if I knew I wouldn't have bought a bed from the Dial a bed Online store - maybe from Dial a Bed at all.
The story goes like this, I ordered a bed, I got an order number via email and was told that I will receive my bed in 3 - 5 days time, well I slept on my couch for that mean time. I waited, I received a call on the 3rd day after teh purchase and the asked me if I have received a call from the delivery driver, my answer was no because I hadn't received any call from a driver. I then called their customer service and while on the call, I received a call on my cellphone from dial a bed. They said that my bed wasn't in stock, so they will instead give me an alternative bed, a Queen set of a comparable price. I agreed to this. Then I waited for two days, still no call about the delivery. I called them and they told me that the Queen bed set had broken when they were delivering it and that they will call me back. I didn't receive a call back. My question is, will I ever get my bed? If not, I want my money back. SIMPLE!
