Excellent customer service

After shopping at almost all the Toys R Us stores in PTA/JHB area we ended up at the Boksburg branch. There we met a wonderfull lady, Margaret.
She assisted us in finding a Peg Perego pram in a specific colour, which none of the other branches were able to do. The camping cot we wanted was out of stock, but she found one and sent it, via courier, to us in Lephalale (Limpopo). Everytime I'm looking for a specific item, I phone Margaret and she either puts one aside until I come by or find what I'm looking for. My prams canopy was faulty, she and the manager, gladly changed it. I really want to give Margaret a solid thumbs-up for her dedication and high standard of customer service.
She's definately an asset to any company.
