No service at all - Manager arrogant

I bought a ring in February at this store. I lost 3 of the stones. I took it back to this pathetic shop, because I have 6 month gaurantee on it. According to the so called manager, it is due to misuse, and I bumped the ring, because the claws are gone. I never bumped it. She will send it in, but she are very sure, that it is my fault. How can she tell me that. During December I bought a guess watch at the same shop, after a month the battery was flat, I also took it back, they scratched the watch while trying to open it, after it she also told me that I scratched the watch. Funny that this 2 cases is from the same shop, same manager. When I told Gerna, that I will complained on hellopeter, she told me to proceed, she even offered me a business card with her name on. I will never buy anything at this shop again, and make sure that everyone know about this pathetic manager and shop. I said to her, she maybe must have a look at the consumer protection act, and she said to me but the act also protect her. I think she is arrogant, and don't care about customers. She is not a managers backside. I think their jewelery is jammed jewelery, and very bad quality.
