I was cursed out at Guess Shop

I purchased a watch from the Guess Shop in Sandton City in December, and i was too big so I asked them to make it smaller and gave them instructions on how much to take out and what size I want it to be. Needless to say, the shop assistant decided that I was crazy and decided to adjust it to her size of preferance, she actually told me that she used her own wrist to measure. Mind you me and her are not even close to being the same size. Needless to say the watch did not fit me, it was still too big and I eneded up taking it somewhere else and it came back perfect. Today, again I went to go to the Guess shop to purchase a purse and found the same shop assistant, highly pregnat this time. I showed her my watch and told her that they did a bad job last time and that I ended up taking the watch somewhere else to be adjusted. Instead of apologising and saying something decent, the GUESS Shop Assistant, started cursing me out her exact response to me was ' U ARE A WHORE, STUPID YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT YOU ARE DOUING AND YOU SHOULD LOOK AT YOURSELF ON THE MIRROR, IF U NOT HAPPY THEN DONT SHOP HERE ANYMORE '.
