Second Ring Damaged and watch!!!

I have bought my engagement ring at American Swiss about 4 months ago a month later you could clearly see two different colors on the white gold as if it was made bigger with a different type off metal after complaining via their Head Office in Cape town and on hello peter the regional Manager phoned me to meet her in store.

After meeting the Regional manager in store she said to me its the shocking system they use after making a ring bigger to get the white gold???

Not only that i bought a a watch the same time from Sterns which is part off the Fouchini group the watch just went on a stand still mode and dint work the agreed to sent the Fossil watch back for repairs to my surprise after a month the same thing ha pend to the watch.

After the regional manager convinced me to take another ring for my fiance and she gaurenteed me that the ring would go to Cape Town for the enlargement process's.

This Ring lost two diamonds after not even two months!!!

I reported this to Gail from Cape which is from the operations department.

I recieved a phone call from the regional manager again where she stated to me that the product is clearly not for me.
