Bad attitude by store manager due to a faulty item

I bought a Tempo watch on the 14 September 2013 from the store and from the very first day it kept stopping. On the 28 September 2013 I took back the watch and i was told that the battery was finished and I had to buy a new battery. I was not happy with this as i had the watch for only two weeks and had never got any joy from it as it was dysfunctional and now i have to pay for a battery. The store manager LINDIWE agreed to pay for the battery which I had to go and replace from another shop and come back to American Swiss to get it reimbursed to me. The battery was changed but the watch was not working and I was told it had to be booked for repairs. I was not happy about this as I did not even wear this watch as it worked for a few days and then i had to take it back to the store. The condition of the watch was as good as new no scathes no nothing. The manager was so rude and sarcastic when I tried to address my issue and why I was not happy. She kept on making me feel as if I had broken the watch myself and now I want to make it her problem. She was so personal and unprofessional.
I would like you to take it up with her and make sure that she apologises to me.
