I brought a silver tanzinite ring 4 months ago at NWJ. After 3 months I lost 3 of the stones. I took it back, and the so called manager (Gerna) was very arrogant, and told me I damaged the ring. She was very rude, and don't have a clue how to handle customers. I received the ring back after 4 weeks, according to NWJ, it was normal wear and tear, I can't believed that, after 3 months normal wear and tear?? I received the ring back last week Wednesday. Yesterday I noticed that I lost another stone. I took it back, and asked my money back. Lukily Gerna was not there. Charmaine assist me. I was very unhappy, and Charmaine stayed calm the whole time, and tried to help me. She explained that she have to speak to her area manager, and will let me know this morning. She phoned this morning, to informed me, that they will refund me. Charmaine is very professional, and went out of her way to assist me. Gerna can learn from Charmaine, how to treat customers. Gerna don't have a clue what is customer service. I want to thank Charmaine for her help, and professional service. I really hope NWJ, know what they have in Charmaine. She deserved to be the manager.
