Bought a watch that had fault

I bought a watch on the 11th of Sept and wore it the following day, only to realise it was not working (moving). I took it back on the 12th of Sept and was told it would take up to 7 days for it to be back and I would be called. After the 7th day, there was still no call and I went to the shop only to be told that it actually takes up to 21days to get it back, as angry as I was I left.
I went back today (05th Oct) which is 23 days later, only to be told that the watch was still in the shop, not fixed. I was told someone was supposed to have called me, so that I can bring the receipt, because it was not the battery that had a problem but the actual watch. It took about 10 minutes for them to even get my watch from their safe. To make things worse, this Mlu guy left me there to attend to other customers who had gotten there after me. I guess I was not that important.
I then asked them, had I not gone there to ask about my watch, how long was it still going to take for them to contact me? If they were even going to, seeing they didnt even know where the watch was. I take it I would still be waiting even now.
Im such an unhappy customer right now and I need this to be looked at!!!
