No Service at Makro Strubens Valley

Went to Strubens Valley Makro on Sunday to buy my daughter a Hi-Fi. I waited for over 20min to get no assistance, I then approached some staff standing at the appliance counter, they said they don't work in the electrical dept and walked off. I tried again to get assistance from another staff member in the electrical dept to which he replied I'm busy and also walked off. I took the other things I wanted, paid for them and left.

Absolutely shocking service and this is not the first time I have walked out and bought elsewhere.

The last time it was a 55" Sony Bravia LED 3D TV, I went to Hirsch's behind them and bought one with great service.
R22000 sale lost then this time Sony Centre in Menlyn took R2100 from me because of good service. In Fact Great Service.
You guys better pull up your socks - people are leaving empty handed because your staff just don't care.
