Makro refuses to honor warranty on Lenovo Laptop

Makro Stubens Valley - Most disgusting service I have ever had from any Retail Store. Lenovo Laptop returned under warranty for repair on 18/10/2013 - Still don't have my Laptop 1 month later. Makro Head Office refuses to take action, Makro Stubens Vally branch manager refuses to take any action, Mustek SA (Supplier) has taken no action, Part Serv (Lenovo repair agent) refuses to take action.
After 43 phone calls to Makro and their suppliers, I have no option but to take legal action.
