Good Service and Friendly Attitude

Yesterday I bought the last fifteen bottles of a particular whisky at Makro Strubens Valley. I first contacted the branch by telephone a gentleman named Lebo assisted me. I asked him to check the amount of stock and to reserve the bottles for me to purchase after work. I arrived a little earlier than arranged and Lebo was very obliging. He had already started to set aside the cases before I got there and had a cheerful demeanor while assisting me.

Normally this type of service should be expected and not need complimenting but I feel it necessary to bring attention to it as usually when visiting other Makro Liquor branches I am met with ignorant and unhelpful staff.

This is not my first positive experience at Makro Strubens Valley and I will continue to patronize this branch if they maintain such good service. Thank you Lebo and Thank you Makro Strubens Valley.
