With reference to the above complaint no 176600 a representative from the manufacture did came to evaluate the mattress and the decision was to replace with a warranty fee. This happened on the 26th April 2013 and I was informed the replacement arrangements to follow the following week.
To date, 10th May 2013 after phoning the representative on 8th May 2013 nothing has happened.
It seems that once a product has been sold the customer has to look after himself!!! after sales service is a myth.
