We purchased a Mattress and Base set on 25th July 2011 with a 3 year warranty. On the 3rd Aril 2013 I reported to the store that we have discovered the mattress collapsing on the one side and we were told they will contact the manufacturer to assess the matter.
After nothing heard I contacted the store on the 15th April 2013 to notify them that we have heard nothing from the supplier and I was told that the fist complaint was not reported to the manufacturer.
The person assisting me at the time copied me on the email to the supplier about the complaint but until today I was not contacted by anyone for assistance.
I belief the deal was with Dial -a - bed and they should attend to this issue.
