MATTRESS WARRANTY MEANS???

I bought an A Rest Assured Matrix Geo, King size mattress on 16/07/2013. the salesperson, Marco Knoetze from Royal Bed & Mattress in Elarduspark, Pretoria convinced and assured me that this was an excellent mattress and it has a warranty of 30 months should ANY problem occurred. Within a period of less than 3 months, the mattress fell in/flat on the both sides, but kept firm and stiff in the middle. On 21 October 2013 lodged a complaint with the said Marco, which he reported to Rest Assured. A Donovan de Lange had a look at the mattress on 25 October 2013 and Rest Assured (Stuart Auty) informed me on 31 October 2013 the "no production defect was found" via mail. In the warranty there is no specification of PRODUCTION DEFECT nor was I ever informed of any specification of production defect. I am highly disappointed in the product's quality as well as the so called warranty. I requested an explanation of what kind of defect is detected, as there is seriously some kind of defect, I have not received an answer to date.
