Complaint reference number: 188916 was placed on Tuesday 13 August 2013 regarding a sagging in my 8 month old sealy cedar pillow top mattress. I have subsequently had to follow up again to inquire on the progress and every time I am told someone will get in touch with you today, tomorrow. There was no haggle when I had to pay for the mattress, but when I require after sales service, it seems to be a problem. The poor after sales service is unacceptable!!

Can someone please get in contact with me as to the next step to have the mattress replaced.
