We bought a double bed set from Dial A Bed. the springs of the mattress was damaged. We report this to them on 23 April 2013. They said they need to inspect the damaged mattress and replace it. On 26 April 2013 they send a rep to inspect the mattress who find that it need to be replaced. Since then, after a lot of calls nothing happened. No mattress replaced. We spoke to James today after 3 calls last week and he said that they are very busy and that mattress is not available any more so they need to place and order for a replacement and that will take 10 working days. On 14 May 2013 we spoke to James who confirmed that the mattress need to be replaced. Why do they need to place an order for replacement only 10 days after the last call and then we need to wait another 10 working days. I believe that they are never going to replace this mattress. R6000 later we sit with a mattress of which the springs comes out. What a pathetic service is this?
