Refusal to replace factory faulty goods

Wrote a previous reort on Hello Peter following no response on my complaint re: my R 15 000 mattress which pulled away from the side of the bed, and pockets split leaving dents in the mattress. I finally received a response and following an inspection was told that it would cost me R 800 for the replacement of the mattress due to the factory fault, and the mattress being 4 years old. I requested that they please allow me to move the bed as I was re-locating and once settled I would contact them for the replacement to be done.
On contacting them for the replacement to be done I was told their systems had changed and the complaint would have to be re-logged and another inspection done. Following the inspection approximately 2 weeks ago, and having received no feedback I called them to be told they would not be replacing the mattress due to a stain on the mattress. I am obviously very unhappy with the fact I received no feedback yet again, and am now sitting with a factory defective product with a cancelled 10 year warranty due to a stain after paying R 15000 and previously being told it would be replaced. Very poor service from both companies, do not recommend them as suppliers
