Sofa's Returned Damaged by Warehouse

My sofa's finally arrived on saturday after complaining, however it returned more damaged. After over two months of waiting this is what i get. I have taken pictures and would be sending all information to my lawyers to handle the case now. I am now infuriated. Jackson, i requested a full report, of repairs done & nothing was sent to me, i requested a further 3 month guarantee in writing before the goods were returned & I received no feedback. I clearly stated, in terms of the customer act, i want this information, but its disregarded. Now i would like to know what you'll are going to do about this. I have never experienced such bad service before. I totally refuse to accept the sofa's back when the factory or delivery guys damaged it - i do not know. But i dont want them back when you'll damaged it. I will not wait any longer for this items. Firstly i could not even be given a loan set to use, please inform me how much longer i must 'make do' with no sofa's, must we all sit on the floor because you'll have time to mess around & not get your jobs done properly. I would consult with my lawyer & have them contact you & all correspondence would be done with them going forward
