Horrible Service and No DVD Playe

I went to makro on Sunday the 14/04/2013 and brought a LG 3d DVD player which was on special. I Purchased the product and made my way home only to find out that the DVD player I brought has NO power cable so I called makro and they said I must go back. I went back and was given a power cable after a long wait. I then left and on the way out of makro parking I decided to stop and check if it was right..It was the wrong cable again.
This is just Shocking service!!!.I then went back and gave it back and demanded the right cable when only to be abused by the manager Nicholas Baburam he said I must get out and get a refund..Instead of saying sorry he told me to shut up and get out..I want to know why Service is like this from senior managers from makro and now I have missed out on the deal and abused by Marko pathetic floor manager Nicholas Baburam. I expect the DVD Player and for Nicholas to right a written letter of apology... Please let me know makro how you can fix this situation as I always shop at your stores but this will change as I cant be abused by your employees
