I recently purchased a leather sofa with a recliner the two seated sofa is sagging and the recliner is misaligned after a couple of months in our home. The purchase of leather sofa was on the 01.11.2012.
This was a very expensive purchase for me, a great sales person in the store and the Manger assisted me at the time and I felt confident in the purchase and he spent quite a bit time and his services were excellent.
I reported the matter to Tembentshu on the 07.02.2013 at 12.25 pm and was told that she will come back to as I purchase the last leather sofa in that range. Till today the 11.02.2013 I have had no response about what they are going to do with the leather sofa. If a customer comes to you about a complaint, be very serious about how you handle it.
I would have never purchased this item at Morkels if I knew how bad they operate and the service that I have received.
According to the Consumer protection Act I have the right to quality service and the supplier undertakes to perform any service for o on behalf of a consumer, the consumer has the right to the timely performance and completion of those services.
