I'm a good payer and my credit record has been great until morkels started billing me incorrectly, i got my bill in January so i didn't query it i thought is was just an error until went directly to the store to query it .im suppose to have 1 instalment outstanding i have 3 instalments, i have had the same balance outstanding since january but i have been paying it just never seems to go down, i have launched a complaint 2 months ago with them and they said that there complaints department will call me but nothing .i have sent my statement that proves i should have only one outstanding instalment because of the incorrect billing i have had to stop paying because i cant pay an incorrect balance, I'm outraged because this was the first account i opened so that i could have a credit record now i just want to close but its never ending . please help me, i just want to clear my nameand i want to maintain my clean credit record and if this is not solved fast it will mess my chances of buying myself a car this year and i just want to pay but they must give me correct balance
