Unethical company policy

On Friday 03? 52013 my sister and myself went shopping for a suit at Edgar's fourways for her wedding in June, i then had to get the trousers resigned, no problem . go get sized up and then I get a piece of paper with hand written time and date when collection will happen. already that is shocking. why don't they just give a yellow post-it, or a pinkie promise. cause that's just as professional. I was in the area today popped in to see maybe they where ready as the time given was 15h00, I was there around 12h15. only to find out a lady who does not even work for Edgar's has taken my pant plus other peoples clothes home to be done there. not once was I told the items I had purchased were not gonna be sized by an Edgar's employee and that they will be leaving to another ladies home. and im assuming its a township as well. this raised my pulse to an extreme level and really made my day bad. so the manager says its not our business who they resource to do there resizing . if i buy a car and they send it away for tinting or whatever they give me a courtesy call to let me know the car im paying for is out and where its where abouts are. would like people to hear of this and to be careful
