I received my statement for end October 2013, showing the total outstanding balance of R 1004.20. That means I only have ONE instalment due for end November 2013 and not TWO more instalments of R 1475.00 each. There is no way that you can justify two more instalments. I need this matter resolved today or I will go to the credit ombudsman.
