Bad admin affecting consumers

On the 31/5 my 8ta debit order went off my bank account, i did not notice but en june and july did not go off but when i finally received a posted bill this month i noticed that i am 2 months overdue, after looking at my account i saw it was never requested. I phoned 2 days ago to query this (ref 6567672), also arrange for the payment en ensure my credit record is not affected, but no feedback. I also notice incorrect billing which i queried. I followed up last night, lodged another query as they could not see the one of the previous day and still no feedback 24 hours later. This is really bad and would be sad if their bad admin affects my good credit record.
