Making money from unemplyed people

I wrote a complaint on hello peter a few weeks ago I got a response but was not happy about the response my query is still not solved. They sent me statements which does not show or explain to me why so much interest is added. I got a call from a lady last week Thursday "who was very rude, so I was to" to tell me that they have received my complaint or let me say they have solved my query and that I should pay more now my question, how will I pay more if I don't work? I pay an amount of R1000.00 that is all I can afford, I get help from family. But still the outstanding balance is still not decreasing. Not to sound unnecessary but is Morkels trying to make money out of me as an unemployed person with so much interest that is being added? or is it just a bad or horrible retail store to buy from?

I will never recommend Morkels to any person, due to all the services that I have received from them.
