Bad Service

My daughter and I was in Menlyn yesterday to bought shoes, her number was out of stock. I ask the sales lady to go into the system and order for me the shoes, to my surprise she told me that Foshini does not order goods from another store. Well then they must wake up, because all the other retail stores go out of there way to assist the public. Then another thing, I bought some stuff and I had a voucher, so I paid with the voucher and ask her to put the rest of the amount on my account, she told me she can't, I have to pay cash. That is also unacceptable because the other retail shops don't work like that.
