Dear Sir/Madam

I bought shoes on Friday the 10.01.2014 at the above store, then on Monday i wore them and came to work, but on my way back i noticed there was something wrong with the heel then took them back on Tuesday. I arrived at the store and they saw the problem and asked me to see if i will need anything for the same amount and i told them i wanted the same shoes for a different colour but they advised me not to take them in case the same thing happens to the other pair then i asked for a refund.

My problem is i paid with a standard bank cheque account that means i bought the shoes in cash, but they refused to give me cash ad told me their system does not give them options that's why the slip shows credit. I feel it's not my problem that their system works like that waiting for my money for 48 hour as if i bought with a credit card is unacceptable? s i should have used that money to buy another pair of shoes somewhere. I wan my money i bought with cash and it's 48hrs but no money in my account as yet. In future sort out your system.
