Hi

I really didnt want to come on here and complain, but im not sure what else to do.

I ordered and paid for two pairs of shoes yesterday, today i got a email saying there was no stock of one of the pairs of shoes i paid for, even though i was able to order and pay for them, first irritation.

On the email it gave me a voucher number for the same amount as i paid for the out of stock shoes to purchase another pair.

So i called your call center who said i would be able to purchase the shoes and not have to pay for delivery if i emailed them the original order number, the shoes i would like and the voucher number and it would then be processed.

So i did, a gentleman by the name of Ronald then responded and said that my request cannot be actioned, so i responded and told him again that the call center said i should email. I then emailed [Email Removed] only to receive another email from Ronald saying that my request had been solved and that it couldn't be actioned, so it hasn't been solved.

Why is the call center saying one thing and people on email another?

Please can this be sorted out.
