Bronx Shoes are Customer Friendly

I bought a pair of Bronx Shoes at a retail store and after a few months the one shoe start coming apart at the seam. These are formal shoes and not everyday work shoes. I complained to the store and they said that they cannot help me.
I e-mailed Bronx and after 2 e-mails my shoes was replaced. On every e-mail was the name Faith Arends. To you Madam, thank you for your very good service and also the same to BRONX SHOES.
Keep it up, I am a Bronx man from now on.
