20Nov I bought 3 pairs of shoes from San marina in Menlyn. 2 pairs for me and 1 pair for my husband. My husbands shoes were to small, returned it on the 21st for a bigger size. Was informed that menlyn did not have a bigger size and an order was placed to Sandton.22nd Nov I received the shoes.3rd of Dec I returned my husband shoes as the soles were coming loose after wearing the shoes once. I was asked to please exchange the shoes for a different pair of shoes. I found a more expensive pair, paid in the difference, The manager told me that if the shoes again do not fit then I do not have to go into the store, I can just phone and ask that they order me a bigger size as again no bigger size in the store.4th of Dec I phoned to try and organize a bigger size shoe without going into the store, this was one frustrating experience.1st'ly the lady had no telephone manners, speaking to her co-workers while I was on the phone trying to describe the shoes! she asked me 5 times to spell the name and every time she could not understand what I was saying. I went to the store that same day to order the bigger pair. Today the 9th and I am still waiting for the shoes, I have been to the store 5 times.
