Poor client service

I was appalled by the service i received from this Babalwa J, after i had been waiting in the queue for a long time, when i finally got to the front she rudely tells me that her speed-point machine was not working and that i needed to join another queue, she made no arrangements or effort to get a portable machine, and whilst im shocked by this she calls another customer and ignores me completely, i tell her that i do not appreciate this and that i should have been made aware earlier that the machine was offline before having spent all that time in the queue, she ignored my concerns and carried on with another customer, i had to raise my voice in order for her to pay attention, but she ignored me still. I then asked her to get her manager and she just started grabbing my groceries and cashing them, no apology, no manager called just a disgusting attitude. this is completely unacceptable, i'm a paying customer and i shouldn't have to deal with rude and incompetent cashiers! something needs to be done about this girl, if she hates her job then she must quit! i would like an apology from the manager from this store
