No Delivery

As a first time user of [URL Removed] I ask myself, what is the purpose of their service if it cheaper anywhere else, you can see what you are buying, and when you pay for something, you take it home and enjoy it right away. I bought a DVD from [URL Removed] and was only successful on the third payment attempt. On top of the normal purchase price, I paid R35 delivery and the voucher I got as a first time user, were not able to be redeemed. Nevertheless, on the 16th of April (about 2 days later), I got an e-mail confirming the order and that delivery will happen in 24hours in the most cities, I am in Joburg and were getting all excited about it... It is now the 30th, 2 weeks later and nobody knows what had happened to it. Unless they were the last place to get it, it was simply my first and last purchase from them...
