Horrible service delivery

I'm a regular consumer at this store and I have come to a point where I feel like this has gone too far for too long the cashiers at this store are the most horrible cashiers I have ever had to by from their attitudes are totally unacceptable (mind you I have worked as a cashier before) every time when the speed points are not working we are constantly not notified (notes stating that they are offline) until u get to the front of the queue that its offline you should try the other till, then when you do its the same thing again and again, I went through four queues to get a card machine that works they totally have no respect or regard for their consumers they are rude and the supervisors do nothing about it, even when they see that the cashiers give attitude (while chewing gum) this is totally unacceptable, I wonder if the store owner is ever in that store to see this disaster we experience everyday, this needs to be dealt with ASAP.
