THE WORST PEOPLE SKILLS EVER!!!

As we got to the counter we purchased our tickets and asked for a medium popcorn. The girl behind the counter tells me that there isn't any popcorn, and asked if we can wait for popcorn, I then said yes. So we pay for our stuff, stand around abit and then re-joined the long queue because she did not charge us for the popcorn. We then stood in that queue for 15min and what a coincidence we ended up at the same counter as before. Whilst in the queue we noticed people going with receipts to the cashiers and collecting their popcorn, which made matters worse because we had to stand in the queue for the second time. Anyway, as we got to the counter for the SECOND time, I then asked for a medium popcorn and she tells me again that there isn't popcorn and asks can I wait for popcorn. I then asked her why didn't she charge us the first time so we could've waited aside until there was, she then tells me rudely that I didn't pay for popcorn, which was her fault because I gave her enough money to cover the costs. She still had the nerve to answer me rudely and mumble to her colleagues in Zulu about me complaining! I am disgusted with her attitude and will never go to her counter AGAIN.
