Disgusting service on a public holiday

I walked into the Ster Kinekor Musgrave today to take my children to see Smurfs 2. If I hadn't pre-booked the tickets I would have turned and left. I joined the queue to redeem my tickets and made my children join the queue for sweets etc. One of the self service machine were out of order so the wait in that queue was unacceptably long but it was the queue for the sweets that was totally unacceptable. A 40 minute wait in a queue with no air conditioning is unacceptable. Especially if there are tills that are unattended as they were. Only 3 of the 4 tills were open.By the time I got to the front of the queue the sweat was pouring down my face and I felt like I was going to faint. In the end my children were 25 minutes late for the movie and no hint of an apology from the staff. I just find that lack of service unacceptable when we are expected to pay such exorbitant prices for a movie.
