Request logged for Technician to repair fault

A request was logged on Friday, 19 April 2013 for a Techinician to call at 7 Therez Close, Uitzicht, Durbanville DURING WORKING HOURS to assess and advise what the fault was on our alarm system.

To date, Friday, 26 April 2013 no one has called to advise when a Technician would be assigned to assess/repair the fault.
