Still awaiting progress on line repair!!!

I logged a query on 17/03/2013 with faults about the line/adsl not working. Was given reference no. CNK170313. Technician came on site on 18/03/2013 and indicated that due to cable being, he will not be able to do repair as cable needed to be replaced. He could not give an indication as to how long it will take to repair. On 19/03/2013 I tried tracking the status of the fault on Telkom website - and was very angry to read that the fault had been resolved!!! To date, the fault has not been repaired and neither have I received feedback from Telkom.

WHY IS IT THAT IN SOME AREAS IT WILL TAKE TWO DAYS TO REPLACE CABLE AND IN OTHERS YOU HAVE TO WAIT...!!!

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ATTEND TO THIS ASAP!!!
