I have not even been a client of ADT for a week and I have received nothing but pathetic service and bad attitude. I connected my security service on Wednesday 10/04/2013 and had nothing but empty promises and bad service. My service is not linked, not yet connected, my cell panic is not yet set up, debit order date change request not yet set up and I was promised that this would have been sorted on Saturday the 13/04/2013 and this is not the case and I have not heard anything with regards to my requests above. I now would like to cancel my service if I can call it that after not getting any so call service in a week of activation. I have spent more time calling you guys than you calling me as you promised to. To date non of the above is resolved. Should there be a break in into the property, I will not be entailed to claim due to the fact the alarm system that I confirmed to my insurance company is in place and working, is NOT WORKING SINCE DAY ONE. Who is going to be accountable for my lose??? I do not wish to be involved with a security company that can't keep there promise to secure my families safety!!!
