Shocking Service

We have had a faulty alarm system for the past two months, the alarm would activate at all hours for no reason. Two weeks ago it stopped working altogether.
We have been trying to get someone to come and service our unit with no success, We have on numerous occasions spoken to the call centre who have tried to put us through to technical department where no one ever answers.
We have got names and phone numbers from their security guards who patrol our area and have spoken to a consultant and a manager who assured us we would have answers within minutes, that was over a week ago and to date we still have had no response. Now ADT claim to be the biggest and best, what a joke.
Our Insurance Company insist on us having an alarm system in working order at all times. I wonder if ADT will take responsibility if we have a break in.
