WHAT MUST I DO TO GET THIS RESOLVED

The sales Consultant Godfrey came to my premises on Saturday 22/06./2013, after I requested him to come and see me to sign the application/reconnection docs of the alarm system after my house got broken into on the 21/06/2013 . I was promised that I will be contacted by the technician on Monday 24/06/2013 for activation. after I called on Monday for an update I was told the technicians are booked for the day and will be called on Tuesday 25/06/2013. I am still waiting for someone to call me, and arrange the time for technician to come to my property. I have not had any courtesy call, and I must keep on calling to enquire on what is happening, and when will it happen. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, and I believe I should rather cancel this request in total, and go with another security company should I not be contacted today, and have the technician come to my place today on the 25/06/2013. your company was very quick to come and have me sign the forms, but are taking way too long to activate. In the Meantime, while I need your service it's nowhere to be seen??? PLEASE CAN I HAVE THIS SORTED TODAY
