My tracking has not been working for years

We have two vehicles with tracker which both vehicles have not been working for years and they still seem it will be a waste of their time to fix nor come and remove they faulty system even thou we have been paying for them for the past 3 and 8years respectively.

I have requested them to tested them as one vehicle was missing and they could not help, now both vehicle's insurance's in regards with are useless because of them even thou for both vehicles they is their debit of over R500pm which means we have paid them over R25000 already for nothing, apparently it takes 3 days to tested they units or maybe they wanted to say 3years because even now am still waiting for some sort of response from them, I have been calling them over and over like a fool but I guess with only two cars am not that of a bigger or important client for them.
