I sent ADT an email for the installer code on my new homes alarm system on 12/07/2013. When I initially spoke to an agent they asked me to send the request in writing which will be responded to within 24hrs. I then followed up telephonically on a daily basis from 15/07/2013 - 19/07/2013. I spoke to Kagiso who promised to resolve the matter for me but he just didnt bother calling me back. Thereafter I dealt with a Nicole, Michael, Gershwin and Chanel who all wasn't able to assist me. Everytime I spoke to one of these call centre agents I requested to rather speak to a manager but was repeatedly told that they were all in a meeting. I then asked that a manager contacts me once they are available but they didnt bother to do so. It is more than a week later and my new security company is unable to link the alarm without these codes which is a huge security risk for me and my family. There is an insurance risk as well. I was an ADT client for years but eventually cancelled the contract as this was not the first time I experienced poor service from them. I find this shocking that a company can operate like this. Clearly they have no regard for ones safety.
