PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY

About three weeks ago, i contacted adt to install their security system, their consultant came over made promises which never happened... told us to sign the documents asap as his fuel was a problem to come from sandton to us in alberton, so we signed and were told that it would take 4-5 working days for us to get connected well we waited for almost 3 wks, tried contacting adt but with no avail... were spoken to by rude unhelpful people, were put on hold for quiet sometime... i did mention to the consultant (phillipe) that my wife is pregnant and due anytime now and we absolutely need the connection asap as i am not at home most of the time and the medical response feature would suit us well, he promised but yet again nothing, tried calling him but he never answered his phone and when i did managed to call him, he couldn't help, cut the call on me. i tried calling adt again to speak to a manager, was promised to be called back in 10 minutes but yet again nothing so i called them yesterday and was promised another call by the area manager but 24 hours pass and no return call. yesterday. a tech comes yesterday installs and left, i tested the panic and after 1hr a guard comes.
