NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL!!!

We are with ADT, there are currently 2 debit orders going off my bank account. I have been trying for 3 days now, spoke to Pumlani, Porcia, Olivia, Thando, Mary, even Emergency services and NO one can help me. I have asked to speak to their Financial Manager, also they keep on transferring me, either for the line to be suspended or I need to listen to the telephonic advert message for 3 minutes and then for the line to be suspended afterwards.
We are paying for a service, which we are not getting. It is easy for them to take your money every month, but when it comes to refunded they just dont care. ADT will definately NOT get my vote.
