Autopage "gaurantees" service but cannot delive

My cell accounts have been suspended twice n 2 months due to Autopage not updating the debit ordr details. Both consultants Sheila and Jimmy confirmed telefonically that the payment was received and that the account will not be suspended. The very next day both accounts got suspended. Whe i tried to call back and speak to both Sheila and Jimmy their lines are continuously busy. Why gve me your number if i cannot get through??? Both consultants gauranteed me that my lines will not be suspended. which was not the case. I asked to speak to managers but they are never available. Both consultants confirmed that the line has been reativated and will take a few hours (2 - 8 hours to reactivate), this was never the case, it took 48 hours??? This is the worst service i have received from any cellular network. To add to my frustration i had an emergency last month when i discovered my lines where suspended. PLEASE CAN AUTOPAGE get HONEST people and GET their SERVICE improved.!!!
