On the 1oct mtn had doubled debited my bank account, they have refunded me, however they still send me messages saying i must pay the account, they have even suspended my account, i have called numerous times, even visited the customer care center and i still get this messages, again today 28 oct i get a message saying i must pay or my line will be suspended, i am tired of MTN dealing with me this way, i want to now cancel my contract.

Our records show that the outstanding amount is for the Invoice of September which will be debited on the 1st of November as we Bill you a month in arrears and that the sim card is active.

Utterly Disgusted: how is this possible, i have always had my debit set for the 1st of every month, even yesterday 30 Oct and today 31 Oct i still get this sms's, is there anyone who can resolve this, if not tell me i will gladly go with another service provider, please go and listen to all my calls from the 21 Oct then you will understand, wheres the supervisor that was supposed to call me. Today's call please listen ref number : 105654598. I WAIT FEEDBACK
