Our house was broken into on 7th February. The insurance requires an alarm activation report to lodge the claim. I requested this from ADT first thing on 8th February and was told I would have it by the Monday morning. After nagging I only received it on the Wednesday (FYI I got this same run around getting this report when we were broken into a year ago). All I got was a letter saying the alarm had gone off and a time specified. Now firstly the letter was wrong as it only had the one activation but there were 2 that day. Then I asked for the detailed activation report which I received the first time we got broken into which stated all the activation times, when the phone call was made to me and when the officer arrived on site. This is what I need and requested it from BroonHilda. She simply said Area Manager Carlos Barbosa would contact me. That was on 13/02. No one contacted me and now Broonholida is ignoring my emails
Please could someone send me the information I am requesting, I have a right to know how long it took ADT to arrive when someone broke in. The department that handles this is useless, this is the second break-in I am struggling to get the info I need.
