Useless

I have been trying to get my Netstar system repaired for about a month... pathetic service... It takes their call centre up to 30 minutes to answer, then they promise to phone back to book the job in or update you- but they never do...
They sent out "AA Autosound" to repair it - but they messed up the job (fixed the dormant system instead of the current one) or showed up at the time I said the car would be out - or they just don't pitch up at all!!
I am at a loss now for what to do next! My insurance is not valid on my car unless I have a working tracking system...
Nice work Netstar... you should be ashamed of yourselves!
