No manager after being on hold for 19 min

Extent to get hold of a responsible person???

after technicians being on site 3x paying extra R1000 - our alarm is still not working!!! call center puts me on hold for 19 min when i want to speak to an supervisor or manager!!!

what must I do get the service that I have already paid for???

this is ridiculous... and to top it off - this is a business how will insurance cover if the alarm is not working???
